For example, when installing our EL18 LED bars, the recommended spacing can be calculated according to the depth of the light box. This helps customers achieve a balanced and uniform lighting result while using the products efficiently.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Reliable Support After Delivery
Our support continues after the products have been delivered. If a customer experiences a product-related issue, our team will review the product model, order information, and relevant photos or videos to determine the cause and provide technical support.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing or product defect and occurs within the applicable warranty period, SINGSUNLED will replace the corresponding quantity of defective products with new products in accordance with our warranty terms.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable power supplies, misuse, or external factors is not considered a manufacturing defect. However, our team will still assist the customer in identifying the problem and recommending an appropriate solution.
